The Mill Tower was an initiative that set a new standard in commercial development. Conwest transformed in its entirety the existing building on the land into a five story office tower. The building has undergone significant modifications and additions - seismic and life safety upgrades, new energy efficient glazing, new heat and cooling systems, new utility services, a new state-of -the-art elevator, as well as extensive interior and exterior cosmetic improvements. This project defies duplication and continues to be a focal point in the Abbotsford commercial community.
