Occupational safety is at the forefront of our minds and every Conwest site. We employ a full-time Project Operations and Safety Coordinator to oversee our corporate safety program and ensure Conwest employees, contractors and sub-contractors thrive in a safe environment.

As active advocates of both the BC-One Call and WorkSafe BC programs, Conwest continues to work to enhance all aspects of occupational safety. We ensure conformance of all provincial regulations, training and certification; we conduct on-site orientations and inspections. We require occupational fitness assessments and inspect our equipment daily. We educate on the protection of the public and the environment.
